Virtual Teams!
How It Works
Using the Zoom.us platform, participants meet in a video conference room provided by Challenge Discovery. They are then guided through a variety of activities by one of our seasoned facilitators. We have a specific combination of relationship building initiatives, along with unique problem solving objectives that stretch group collaboration and creative thinking skills.
Throughout the 1.5 to 2 hour program, participants will engage with one another in a variety of ways. First, they will gather in the “main conference room” where everyone is working on an initiative at the same time. Using the Zoom platform – we ALSO are able to break into small groups using Breakout Rooms. During many of the challenges, groups will be split into Breakout Rooms of 5 to 8 people depending on the size of the group, and the activities we are using. This allows for the experience to become VERY PERSONAL, and provide a doorway for all members to speak and be heard.
Client Feedback
“The elements featured in Virtual Teams connected our orientation leaders in a way that truly felt like we were a team together in-person. Our orientation leaders were able to connect in an engaging environment that initiated positive team dynamics, helped them become comfortable with communicating virtually, and enhanced collaboration skills remotely. The Virtual Teams experience became a favorite memory for our leaders, allowing our team to connect in ways only Challenge Discovery, in conjunction with Signature Teambuilding, can do.”
